History Of The Blues In 50 Guitar Rifs (VIDEO)

This Video Covers Almost 100 Years Of Blues And Rock History

Let’s hop in to our Shred the Strings time machine and take you all the way back to 1927.

That’s where this video begins, bringing you 50 guitar rifs to represent the history of the blues, as well as some modern blues-inspired rock.

Beginning in 1927 with Blind Lemmon Jefferson’s “Black Snake Moan,” the guitarist featured in the video goes through each generation, ending in the early 2010’s.

We noticed some of the songs are a little bit off from their originals, but it’s still cool to see almost 100 years of blues and rock music aggregated into a single video.

We put the list of the featured songs below the video. Check it out and enjoy.
